Thursday, December 13, 2018 - High in acididity as the previous bottle was, this needs a little air to settle down. The nose is quite floral and the palate expresses a good deal of minerals as well as a mélange of fruit notably under-ripe green melon, a spritz of citrus and green apple. Probably better as a summer wine but quite tasty with some had aged cheese like pecorino or parmagiano or with seafood of most any sort.
