My last bottle of this. It was a bit more mellow and slightly lower in acidity than the previous 2 bottles. Still super crisp and fresh yet showing nice tropical and orchard fruit and a fairly long finish for such a light bodied wine. Good minerality as well. Very good with a sausage sage and mushroom pappardelle dish I made with locally foraged chanterelles.

High in acididity as the previous bottle was, this needs a little air to settle down. The nose is quite floral and the palate expresses a good deal of minerals as well as a mélange of fruit notably under-ripe green melon, a spritz of citrus and green apple. Probably better as a summer wine but quite tasty with some had aged cheese like pecorino or parmagiano or with seafood of most any sort.

Light pale straw color with a tinge of green. The wine is a little herbal and minerally with lemon zest and melon. Bright acidity but only moderately high. Palate is fairly lean yet full of fruit like lemon, melon and herbal flavors. The finish is slightly saline.

Here I found a rich display with ripe spicy peach and almond skins as hints of minerals and dusty florals emerged. On the palate, incredibly soft textures flooded the senses, as notes of ripe yellow apple and hints of spice with balancing acidity added freshness. It finished long with minerals and herbal tones lasting over citrus zest.
