Sunday, September 11, 2011 - Like most St. Supery reds, hot out of the bottle and still after a 6 hr. decant. Needed some time in the glass for the alcohol to blow off. Red fruit still strong on the palate. Tannins well integrated and had medium acidity, even with its age. Drinking well now, but holding-up and could handle another 1-2 years in the bottle.
