Tuesday, May 22, 2018 - Grapefruit and lemon bouquet, clean. Through onto palate though much more intense. The wine itself looks so pale it’s like water but the intensity of the flavour is amazing. This is a very dangerous wine as it is so gluggable, it’s very easy to finish a bottle off - which we did! As it warmed there was a slight metallic taste and a bitterness so drink cold. If you do, it’s perfect.
