Friday, May 14, 2021 - Online Blind Tasting: Limestone soil - Riesling and Chardonnay: Wine was filled into 0,1l bottle three days before. Tasting note is based on ~ 5cl tasted blind and ~ 5cl the day after.
Glass: Zalto Universal
Clear, medium golden color. Clean, medium- intense, youthful-developing nose. Some fine yellow fruit, flint, smoke, cream. Deep and fine.
Dry, medium+ acidity. 12% abv. Medium- body. Pear, fine mineral core, flint, herbs and smoke. Lean, elegant, very fine and balanced. Needs focus and attention, otherwise it seems a bit shallow. But it develops great pressure with time and air. Long, very fine and mineral finish. Very subtle. Good potential, has probably not yet entered its drinking window. 93+
