  Online Blind Tasting: Limestone soil - Riesling and Chardonnay: Wine was filled into 0,1l bottle three days before. Tasting note is based on ~ 5cl tasted blind and ~ 5cl the day after.
  Glass: Zalto Universal
  Clear, medium golden color. Clean, medium- intense, youthful-developing nose. Some fine yellow fruit, flint, smoke, cream. Deep and fine.
  Dry, medium+ acidity. 12% abv. Medium- body. Pear, fine mineral core, flint, herbs and smoke. Lean, elegant, very fine and balanced. Needs focus and attention, otherwise it seems a bit shallow. But it develops great pressure with time and air. Long, very fine and mineral finish. Very subtle. Good potential, has probably not yet entered its drinking window. 93+

  Tillknäppt med väldigt timida toner de förata timmarna. Något från vita vinbär och lite lätt feta meloner.
  
  Med lite högre temperatur (12-13 grader) och framförallt  tid (tre-fyra timmar) kommer lätt smöriga och lätt nötiga toner med väldigt begränsade toner från honungsmelon.
  
  I munnen är den verkligen också återhållsam de första timmarna men trots den unga åldern öppnar den faktiskt upp efter ett tag - även om den kommer långt från sin fulla potential som troligtvis ligger minst fem till åtta år bort. Kanske mer än så. Melonig,  mjuk och fin trots ungdomen. Inte mycket fetma och smör - men en hint av vanilj där bakom
  
  Men, med luft är den direkt och absolut njutbar. Det här kommer att bli riktigt bra.
