Community Tasting Note

Sunday, February 18, 2024 - Tasted over two nights. First - violet, currant color. Scents of cedar, mint, & a little dark plum. Plum in the flavor supported by cherry & chocolate. Finish of mostly cranberry. Second - Vanilla is added to the nose. Spiced plum is more forward in the flavor, much more on the front of the tongue. Plum & quince notes in the finish.
