Thursday, September 14, 2017 - Grand Cru Pinot (Harbour 220/L15 131 Macquarie Street): Pretty strawberry fruit with touches of apple blossoms, stalks and wild ferments. All filigree and ethereal on the nose and so it proves on the palate. Kind of lovely…balance of soft yielding berry fruit to fine tannins and gentle acidity. This wine continues to impress.
