Saturday, April 2, 2022 - Dim sum at Triple Crown (Chicago, IL): Not too rich in texture and weight, despite the vintage, but certainly with the classic hallmarks of Chablis. The fruit does is a little buttery and sweet but there's plenty of steely minerality and acidity behind this. Good weight and complexity, if a little less than what I would want for a grand cru.
