Monday, September 20, 2021 - Fairly big Napa Cabernet as one would expect. Enough tannins and acidity to keep it going a while longer. Black and red fruit but not jammy. Smooth tannins. Not sure how much this will improve, but keeping my last until 2024 most likely.
