Saturday, June 24, 2023 - Wine has a noticeably green hue which for whatever reason seems to be a positive for me. The nose on this is great, bold and expressive. There's a decent amount of acidity here when there's Apple and lime. It's a fairly heavy feeling wine. You really have to enjoy oak for this one to hit home because there's a ton of it. So much so on the back end the terpins almost present themselves in the form of heat but it's not. Odd yet interesting.
