Saturday, March 2, 2024 - I tried one from 2012 a few weeks ago, but I think this one has the edge over it. Similar distinctive profile, on the sour side and quite heavy on the balsamic. But this is perhaps more rounded with more secondary notes- leather, cocoa, eucalyptus. Maybe this vintage just matured sooner - definitely in a good place right now.
