Sunday, February 28, 2021 - Excellent developed, still very vital and will enjoyable three/four years. Medium body, clean golden color. Complex stone fruits aroma complemented by flowering acacia and herbs. Delicate peaches, pears and melon palate following by almond and citrus zest on long finish. Soft and creamy, gentle, well balanced acidity. Food friendly, well pairing with onion soup with comte cheese and fresh champignons. Open half hour ahead. Serve 12ºC - 14ºC. Drink now.
