Food friendly, well pairing with onion soup with comte cheese and fresh champignons. Open half hour ahead. Serve 12ºC - 14ºC. Drink now.

Took 30 minutes to open fully, expressive, initial nose of soft lemon, mineral lift and alcohol, as time passed grapefruit rind and neutral wood, joined the show, palate has good concentration, and mid length a bit short on finish, with again alcohol 13%, soft lemon, touch of smoke, raw ground nuts, Enjoyed with grilled lobster and served 45-55, Purchased from distributor and stored accordingly, drink or hold… Na zdrowie

Well developed for these two years. Medium body, greenish golden color. Intense stone fruits, flowers and herbal aroma. Green peaches, pears and tangible nuts palate with long mineral finish. Soft and slightly oily, complex and well balanced, gentle acidity. Hedonistic wine, tasted with baked salmon and avocado salad. Open half hour ahead. Serve 11º - 14º. Drink now and next couple years.

Beauocup mieux que la première bouteille, on se rapproche de Broccard en Montmains ici. Beau nez sur les agrumes, le silex et les fleurs. En couche, racé et ciselé avec une belle amplitude. Du citron confit, des poires, de la craie et une belle acidité. Finale bien longue et salivante, rien n`accroche. Impeccable!
