Robust rhubarb with brown sugar and molasses (unsulphured) with fruit of plum and Zin funk on the nose and attack. The finish is more black pepper than mocha of two years ago. The powdery texture interrupted by the heat. 14.8% alc. With beef burgers at The Shack. Recommended, but leaning toward Recommended with Reservations.
