Sunday, July 17, 2022 - Decanted 30 min. Complex nose of pepper, black fruits, licorice, vanilla
Far less complex palate than nose with extraction on the lighter side. Fruit less concentrated. Tannins still there in a good way. Medium body. Pleasant acidity. Dry. Short to medium finish.
Over all a pleasant wine. QPR not too bad at $40
Maybe has another year or two but I would start drinking now if you discover you have a case as I just did…
