Sunday, November 10, 2013 - Sunday lunch at B & E's (Ben and Estella's place, Parramatta): not massively complex but bordering on the perfect accompaniment to tarte tatin...marmalade notes underpinned by sweet spice dominate but also brioche, vanilla, butter, etc, etc...and very long without being unpleasantly cloying. Lovely. Toasted Loops quite appropriately.
