Friday, July 29, 2016 - Very classic Chassagne. Old school style. Nutty, touch of sweet fruit on start, nice smokey finish. Soft in the mid palate and acid is fading. Would drink these now. Such a contrast to the lively purity of the De Moor Rosette served alongside.
