This has opened up beautifully as the last bottle drunk in June of 2012 was a bit tight. Fresh white fruits, pear, apple, lemon, a hint of honey, smoke, saline and mineral. Delicate and airy yet intense, quite precise and fresh, bright acidity and lovely long clean finish. This particular bottle was very expressive and immensely enjoyable.
