Saturday, April 2, 2022 - Dark plum color still. Flowers, mineral, and dark berry fruit on the nose. The palate has improved since my last bottle. It's not that missing acidity has shown up, but just that everything seems in better balance now and so there's less a sense of a hold in the mid-palate. There's still a swath of somewhat rustic, chewy tannins. Not sure about a lot of further evolution here, though I don't think it's going to fall of a cliff any time soon.
