Friday, May 13, 2022 - PnP. Initially closed and slightly bitter. Opens up to mostly cool, elegant fruit but with a sweet touch. Some greenish liquorice, think fennel and a touch of something herbal, medicina. Light tannins, chalk and iron minerals, medium lenght. Good.
