Sunday, April 3, 2016 - Auslese*** This was good on day 1. On day 2 this is excellent. It's like all the pieces of the puzzle have come together and fit perfectly. The sweetness seems very gentle and elegant and the wine has as wonderful amount of refreshing acidity. Day 4 So in balance... beautiful stuff
