Monday, June 12, 2017 - Good intensity, almost tropical (mango, pineapple) with light vanilla and citrus hints (lemon, mandarin). Wet pebbles minerality on the background.
Citric attack in the mouth, but stone fruits come out after a bit, with vanilla and toast. Fresh acidity and concentrated body. Long peachy finish.

Wow, quite bold, especially for a Chablis, although you should expect this much from a Fourchaume.
