Wednesday, May 3, 2017 - Taking the sustainable approach a bit further this Preservative Free shiraz puts an inside joke on the PF from winemaker Peter Fraser
No oak on this; red more than black berries on nose, darkening over the palate as the dark acidity kicks in. Fresh tannins, nice fresh style
