To minimize the alcohol, I would recommend to open and keep the bottle near cellar temperature and consume within 2-3 hours. Pure hedonism (to the point of gluttony), showcasing vivid (and near overripe) dark red and black fruits complicated by herbs, mint, violets, and lavender. With time, dark chocolate emerged, with all flavors following on the palate which is full-bodied, ultra smooth and silky, leading to an explosive and lingering finish. Quite pleasurable for what it is! I see no reason to wait any more if you have them.
