Sunday, September 20, 2020 - Oak bomb. Oaked to hell and back. Probably decent underlying material (we started catching some fruit after a couple hours of air), but this didn’t even taste like a wine, let alone a pinot, it tasted like licking an oak tree. It gets above an 80 just because someone clearly tried to make something here and it did show okay after a lot of air, but geez.
