Friday, May 26, 2023 - Served blind in a Zalto bdx. The nose is tropical, with a bit of verve. Kind of a less than fruity profile though and the oak seems to have receded quite a bit, just a hint of vanillin left. Alcohol a bit high but that was a nice tell.
