Mature, in fact, a tad down hill. Beautiful mature nose of barnyard, sweet fig, mineral and gaminess . Rich mid palate but lack a bit of density and finish with fresh, persistent mineral aftertaste. However, the wine faded very quickly, 15mins in the glass? With high level of volatile acid and very dried herb finish. A very good experience for having such aged Dolceto though. Buy - No.
