Thursday, September 28, 2017 - Decanted for 45 minutes. Granny apple on the nose. Light bodied with some tartness and a significant amount of acid. Definitely needs food. That said, the acid paired well with our grilled salmon. The tart apple notes gradually softened to include some soft bright cherry.
