This has been open for three days, stored in the refrigerator. In that time, it has picked up nuance, fruit and power. Very pretty medium raspberry color, with very nice legs. Aromas of boysenberry and light cherry, together with light rose notes. Drinking quite beautifully, with black earth, bitter cherry, and juicy berry flavors in a mid-weight package. As with most wines from this producer, it has excellent balance. Certainly could go longer but enjoyable already. 5-12-16-8: 91/100.

Pretty nice pinot. Nothing spectacular, but solid. Medium ruby. Candied, perfumed nose with cherries. Solid wine in the mouth, rich, round, grippy, with a lot of nice cherry flavor. I'm finding that these wines from Siduri do develop further complexity with time in bottle. I used to drink them right out of the gate, but I am learning to give them at least a couple years, if not longer. 4-11-16-8: 89/100.

Decanted for 45 minutes. Granny apple on the nose. Light bodied with some tartness and a significant amount of acid. Definitely needs food. That said, the acid paired well with our grilled salmon. The tart apple notes gradually softened to include some soft bright cherry.

Lighter side. Pleasant but nothing special. Might benefit from some more time in the bottle.

On the light side with balanced red fruit flavor; average depth and complexity
