Saturday, October 7, 2023 - Very fruit forward wine with Grenache, Mataro, and Syrah. As others have said, it is a wonderful aperitif wine, or beautifully paired with foods that complement that palate. Had it with a very interesting beef stew with coconut milk (stew was a variant of eintopf). Paired beautifully.
