Friday, April 1, 2022 - Emmerich Knoll - Three decades of Riesling and Grüner Veltliner (Restaurant Zum alten Markt, Munich): Glass: Gabriel Standard
Tasting note is based on usually two different bottles. All bottles were coming straight out of the winery cellar in pristine condition.
Clear medium golden color. Fresh and beautiful nose. On the palate very good pressure, surprising medium+ acidity for this warm vintage. Fresh, lots of yellow stone fruit, spices. Good balance and quite long and lingering finish. Drinks beautiful right now, but now hurry. 92-93
