Friday, June 23, 2023 - Slow ox for 1 hour. Elegant and perfume nose but the taste was not ready until 1 hour in the glass, it showed some strength with some complexity (but the nose becomes shy). Fully open both in perfume and palate about 1.5 hours in the glass. The wine becomes more full-body with loads of fruit, branches and ash, with long finishing with mint. Very nice to drink.
