Monday, January 6, 2020 - Very light in color, opens up with a nose of earth and funk. Lean body, still quite intense, focused and linear, like drinking liquid chalk with a mix of light red berries. A red Chablis if you like. Just a hint of vegetables but in a good way, like an added spice. Singular wine, light - en danseuse. No hurry to finish up.
