Saturday, August 6, 2016 - This was our first bottle of the Malvasia Blanca. It was extraordinary. The nose was explosive on the open, just absolutely loaded with citrus: lemon, lime, and especially grapefruit. The flavor profile initially was filled with grapefruit. After the wine was open for a while, the flavor profile settled to one of gentle citrus fruits and a lovely viscosity on the back palate.
