Thursday, March 16, 2023 - 9 Rieslings - 6 Dry 3 Off Dry: Wine five, I think this was the highest acid for me, tingly veering on uncomfortable. Very similar notes to wine four, maybe a little bit of petrol thrown in? I would say this needs more time compared to most of the other wines we had for the acid to calm down a bit.
