Saturday, September 3, 2022 - Displays minor bricking with a ruby core and garnet on the edges. Raisins, prunes, chocolate covered raspberries, baking spices and unresolved oak. Oak is still very prevalent and overwhelms the red fruits, tannin and acidity. The pizza definitely made this more palatable, but the oak adversely creates some imbalance. Drink now, unlikely to improve with further cellaring. Future pass.
