Thursday, February 23, 2023 - Coravin fun - Piedmont (My place, Kent Street): Savoury, slightly meaty notes accompany dried orange, very slight sweet spice, slight red berries and pot pourri, touch of earth and herbaceous underpin. Medium plus intensity acidity, red hued fruits, dried orange joins drying, talc textured, persistent tannins. Slightly dilute but fresh and enjoyable. A sense of elegance and lightness of touch.

3/6/2023 12:36:00 PM - What I foolishly missed was the sense of harmony and balance this had as well...It will never be a powerful wine but I think, if you like tertiary characteristics, it will hold up long enough for them to develop without falling apart.
