Saturday, March 2, 2024 - Medium body. Medium sweet and not particularly viscous. Almond skin, orange peel, buttered toast. Excellent acidity but not razor sharp. An easy to drink Madeira with lovely flavor, and not as intense as some. I agree that this would pair well with food. A great choice to introduce someone to high quality Madeira.
