Medium body. Medium sweet and not particularly viscous. Almond skin, orange peel, buttered toast. Excellent acidity but not razor sharp. An easy to drink Madeira with lovely flavor, and not as intense as some. I agree that this would pair well with food. A great choice to introduce someone to high quality Madeira.

amber in color, nose of warm baking spices and the Christmas oranges we used to make in school as a gift for mom to bring home that you pressed the whole cloves into. palate is viscous. Great bright acidity though the acidity is almost too intense. hovever what a great sipping wine as the evening progresses. will pick up more as i find it. always need a bottle of good Madeira in the cellar.

Orange amber color. Grilled nuts, high toned perfume, and herbs. Medium weight, moderate sweetness, tangy orange fruit with brisk acidity and an earthy finish. Very good.
Good acidity and rich flavors, without great sweetness. Not dry however; a mid-level sweetness in style. This was drunk over several weeks and showed very well all along... a good spring-summer Madeira. Very complex and well balanced; tasty and interesting.

Drank over several weeks. Bitter orange and nutty. Nice acidity and balance. Another great effort and collaboration.
