Wednesday, July 26, 2023 - An evening with George (Bistro Cocotte, Haberfield): Plummy, sweet spice, a little floral top note, a hint of dried flowers, slight raspberry gains in weight and concentration. Juicy, rich dark fruits, sweet spice, plenty of cherry, drying texture, touch of alcohol warmth on the long finish. Woof.
