Mouthwatering nose displaying pear, key lime pie, lemon oil, a hint of petrol and sweet spices. Excellent concentration, a lot of bubbles, sweet and sour yellow fruit driven palate impression, strong presence of acidity and mineral and medium finish due to spritz. May be mollydooker shake is required. Really like a super delicious Asti Spumante.
