Sunday, May 13, 2018 - From memory. Off the list at Boulevardier. Chalk, wet wool, prominent minerals, some herbs and citrus fruit in the background. The wine is more about minerals and body rather than the fruit. Nice body and acids made this wine very flexible. Went well with everything from Northeastern raw oysters to cassoulet with duck confit.
