Friday, July 20, 2018 - The 2011 Barolo Pajana from Domenico Clerico is a wine of immense structure and power that will need time for the hard edges to round out. The bouquet comprises ripe dark fruits, orange peel and a touch of earth. Hefty tannins are conspicuous on the palate, and there is strong mid-palate depth and a lasting finish. Hold.
