Thursday, September 3, 2015 - Double decanted. Initially dusty, dark and savoury...muted dark berry fruits, leather, spice and earthy elements. Quite dense and hard on the palate and closed but with plentiful almost bitter spice. Touches of clove for me here as well. The rest of the bottle can have a bit of time and be consumed later - we'll see if it opens up at all.
