Sunday, December 25, 2022 - Was third wine in our Christmas dinner and paired with main course of Icelandic King Salmon fillet, sautéed Baja garlic-lime shrimp, roasted potatoes, and seared asparagus. Much improved over last tasting a few years ago. More red cherry and dark rhubarb notes have emerged, and overall a better sense of balance and integration (especially when consumed with food). Drink 2023-2027. Technical score: 91. Enjoyment score: 92.
