Saturday, December 1, 2018 - WOTN against some 83 DRC and Vogüe. This was classic and textbook Jayer. Super clean and pure red fruit. Very high toned in nature. Lots of minerality and balance to this wine. Light yet powerful. A perfectly aged Burg that has plenty of life left. A real treat.
