Friday, December 15, 2017 - This wine develops when you leave it open, so have patience. Medium intensity aroma with watermelon, peach, apple, cinnamon and perhaps even honey. Also, a bit of minerality on the nose, very lovely. The acidity on the palate is well pronounced, but it also has a little bit of fattiness.
