Friday, July 22, 2022 - A private lunch (Restaurant Wils *, Amsterdam, NL): Meaty, spicy depth, minerally freshness, ripe vegetal notes, more herbs than flowers, supple and fresh, almost completely resolved (skin) tannins, intense but elegant and hamonious style, palpable tuff on the finish, good length.
