Tuesday, January 23, 2024 - By no means a tired turkey, the ‘82 Cristal is extraordinarily complex and interesting - and much more lively than the ‘74 next to it. Medium dark. Still has a modest bead of ultra fine bubbles. Barely roasted apricot flavor. Almost oily. The more you sip it the more flavors you get, but only if you concentrate.
